Getting started with smile connect
I am not registered as a Kanebo member. Can I still use smile connect?
Yes, you can use smile connect. You can receive daily beauty tips and notices from your favorite brands.
What happens when I visit a Kanebo counter and link the app with My Card?
You can access information on the app that was previously available only at Kanebo counters, such as your purchase history, reservation status, and counseling results. Any store in Japan that uses the Kanebo Cosmetics Store Customer System will perform the link for you.
* A store search feature is available on the app
How do I receive a skin moisture sensor?
A skin moisture sensor is distributed to volunteer testers registered in the program Our Moisture Level.
About Our Moisture Level
Our Moisture Level is a feature of the smile connect app that displays the average skin moisture level of the cheek area of app users throughout Japan. The results are categorized by prefecture.
Is it necessary to measure my skin moisture level every day?
Measuring your skin moisture level on a continuous basis helps you notice changes in your skin condition and adjust your routine accordingly. The smile connect app injects an element of fun into the regimen, as you can enter icons in your skin diary and compare your skin moisture level with the national average.
If I don't have a skin moisture sensor, can I still use smile connect?
The skin moisture sensor is not a requirement for using smile connect. You can examine your skin condition every day, and draw on the information to enhance your daily routine.
